1. Press the start button to raise the working platform of the hydraulic press. Use four wooden sticks of the same height to firmly support the working platform;
2. Remove the bolt between the plunger and the bottom of the platform;
3、用光滑的平口起子，将315吨液压机油封撬出来，新油封按原样放入油封槽内(注意油封唇口的向下)；
4. Pull the operating rod by hand to separate the plunger and the platform, and lower the plunger to the bottom of the oil seal;
5. Raise the plunger point to the lip of the oil seal by jog, and hold the inner lip of the oil seal of the hydraulic machine to the periphery of the plunger with a smooth flat screwdriver. Be careful not to damage the inner lip of the oil seal;
6、在确定315 tons液压机油封内唇四周全部完好的按捺到柱塞四周后，再按启动按钮将柱塞上升；
7. Connect the bolt between the plunger and the platform, and remove the four wooden sticks supported.
